As an editor, my primary job is to proofread and correct any mistakes made by transcriptionists. I sometimes type out as well if the workload’s pretty big.
One of the joys of my job is chuckling or even outright laughing out some of the mistakes I’ve encountered. At some point I decided to keep them (and the correct ones I made) and eventually post about it.
